What your team does in the three days
Day 1, pick one task. Each group chooses the task it repeats most, such as meeting minutes, customer reply drafts or first-draft reports, and defines what goes in, what comes out, and where a person checks.
Day 2, build it, then try to break it. The group connects the data and tools, gets a first working version running, and tests what happens when things go wrong.
Day 3, hand it over. Another group tries the agent, the team fixes what confuses them, then presents a plan to trial it at work. Every participant builds and explains their own part of the agent.
How the HRD Corp claim works
This is how HRD Corp describes its claimable courses scheme. Your grant approval letter sets the exact terms for your company.
- Get the grant approved before the training. The employer applies for the grant in its eTRiS account, and HRD Corp must approve it before training starts. Since 15 June 2026, HRD Corp's Employer Circular 2/2026 also sets a minimum number of days between approval and the first training day, so apply weeks ahead of the intake. Ask us for the application deadline for the intake you want.
- Attach the course documents. The application includes the quotation or invoice, the trainer's profile and the course schedule. We send these after your call.
- Check your levy account. Employers with outstanding levy and interest aren't eligible to apply.
- Claim after the training. Once the grant is approved and the training is done, the claim is submitted in eTRiS within six months of the training ending.
Training that has already happened without an approved grant can't be claimed, so leave time for approval before the intake date.
Who should attend
Send the person who knows how the work gets done, not necessarily the most technical one: admin and operations staff who handle meetings, reports and internal documents; marketing staff who handle product information, content and scripts; and team or project leads who will keep the trial going afterwards.
